Turnaround
All standard in stock orders are shipped within 2-4 days, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Should there be any difficulty with your order we will contact you as soon as possible

Shipping Rates
We offer fixed price shipping

• £3.95 per order in the UK
• £8.95 per order in the European Union
• £11.95 per order for the rest of the world

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide.

Back Orders 
If an item is out of stock, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. 

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
