I received this very quickly it was a lovely hat but not quite the same as one I already had, so because of my unusual head shape it did not fit. I emailed them and they replied immediately telling me to return the hat for a full refund. As I live not to far from there factory I returned it in person. I was allowed in to look at alternatives I soon realised which hat I should have ordered and exchanged it. I love these hats they are very well made and the company is very helpful I would buy them again.

Although it's labelled as cream calico I would have preferred a more yellow warmer cream than this apricot based cream colour. I have a very pale complexion and so warm colours mixed with yellow, suit me better however, I have kept it although I wish it was a more yellowy warm cream. I would love a turquoise one and wish you did smaller size flowers like little pansies etc. So much more suitable for smaller facial features and more suitable for every day shopping than bigger flowers and bunches for weddings etc.
